Payment terms

Payment for delivered goods is made at the price specified in the delivery note, invoice, or Universal Transfer Document (UTD), in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

Payment is deemed completed once the funds have been credited to the Supplier's bank account or received by the Supplier in cash.

Delivery terms

Delivery within Moscow and the Moscow Region is free of charge on scheduled delivery days. The minimum order value is RUB 20,000

Delivery to other regions of Russia is arranged through a transport company of your choice with a representative office in Moscow. The minimum order value is RUB 30,000.

Free delivery to the terminal of any transport company within the Moscow Region.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4:00 PM may be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery is made to the designated unloading area. If the delivery address is located within a secured facility, the Buyer is responsible for arranging vehicle access (e.g., issuing a gate pass or notifying security personnel).

Retail purchases are available through our official marketplace stores.

Warehouse pickup

Warehouse pickup is available from our warehouse in Podolsk on business days by prior arrangement.
